Please note all sessions are available in person in Hove (148 Portland Road
Weekly Sessions
£65 per session
Standard sessions occurring weekly, charged at the above rate per 50 minutes.
Typically offered weekly (if you are interested in bi-weekly please address in initial consultation - though I may not always be able to facilitate)
Solutions Focused Therapy (SFT)
£365 for 6 sessions
A block of 6 sessions, offered at a reduced rate and typically delivered within a 6 week period
Payment for this way of working is required as an upfront cost or in 2 parts.
Single Session Therapy (SST)
£125
A single 90 minute session
NB: Requires a minimum of 10 working days lead time due to pre-session questionnaire.

Initial Consultation & What to Expect
No matter the kind of work you are looking to embark on, I provide a free of charge 15 minute- initial consultation via phone call or Zoom- depending on your preference and our availability.
This meeting will offer us the opportunity to briefly explore your reasons for seeking therapy and the most appropriate solution for you. Most importantly, this will provide you with an opportunity to ask any questions as to the way I work at OMCP and determine if we're a good match.
- After our initial consultation, I'll share my Counselling Agreement which details our mutual commitment to one another, the cancellation policy, holiday and payment terms.
- If you wish to proceed, the agreement must be returned, this will detail the agreed date/time and confirm the fee.
- I offer long and short term approaches to therapy depending on what brings you to therapy.
- Please note - unless otherwise specified, sessions will occur at the same day and time each week.
